The owners of Cambridge Business Travel have announced that they have concluded an agreement for Gray Dawes Travel (www.gray-dawes.co.uk) to acquire the business of CBT.
Headquartered in Colchester, Essex with offices in London, Leamington Spa and Amersham, Gray Dawes is one of the longest established (1927) and largest independent travel management companies in the UK. Together with the business of CBT, annual sales in 2017 will exceed £100m
The company will continue to trade as Cambridge Business Travel from the existing offices and customers will continue to be serviced by their existing CBT travel specialists.
