CBT reviews client account-spend periodically to check for volume or route trends that may be of interest to an airline. In concert with its clients, CBT would then offer advice on the feasibility of establishing a route or volume deal with a particular airline. CBT would act on behalf of a client to obtain a reduction in travel spend or give advice on areas that may justify directed traffic.
Should a deal be agreed, CBT would use the appropriate codes to track any deal. Regular progress meetings are used to monitor deal performance.
